This is not the developer’s official website
This site is operated independently by Madison Heng, a salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies and working with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd. It is not published, owned or operated by any developer, and it is not any developer’s official website. Project names, logos and marketing material shown here remain the property of their respective owners.
The relationship to the developer
Huttons Asia Pte Ltd is an appointed marketing agency for the projects shown here, and Madison Heng markets it under that appointment. That is an agency relationship, not ownership — it does not make this the developer’s site, and nothing here should be read as a statement issued by the developer. Figures, plans and images originate from developer-issued material and should be reconfirmed against the current documents before you rely on them.
What happens when you enquire
Your enquiry comes to Madison Heng and is handled within Huttons Asia Pte Ltd. It is not passed to the developer. The only point at which the developer receives your details is if you decide to buy a unit, when purchaser particulars are recorded as part of the transaction. The Privacy Policy sets out how long details are kept and how to have them removed.
You can confirm this registration independently on the CEA Public Register (opens in a new tab).
